By commissioning me, you grant permission to upload the avatar for testing purposes. I may also use a screenshot of the finished work in my portfolio.

The avatar will never be used in the presence of anyone during testing and will be deleted from my VRChat account once the work is complete.

Please have a basic understanding of Unity (uploading avatars / changing materials).

I am not responsible if the avatar breaks due to VRChat updates.

I am not responsible for any loss of files after you have received and approved the final delivery.

Full refunds are only available if work has not yet begun.

Refunds after work has started will incur a deduction based on progress completed.

All refunds are handled case-by-case.

Please don’t claim the work as your own.

If the avatar is made public, please give proper credits.

Please refrain from sharing Blender edits.
